Nikolai is responsible for collecting customer requirements, monitoring the timing, status, budget, and processes of the project. He conducts user testing systems, documents the progress, prioritises, and controls the load and progress of each developer's tasks. He monitors project satisfaction and is responsible for solving conflict issues within the team and between the customer and the team.
